Store Policies All fulfillment and processing for La Bella Shoes online is conducted through our retail location at 5280 East Second Street, Long Beach, CA 90803. You may place an order by calling the store at 562/856-3720, fax us at 562/621-6450 or email us at labellashoes@earthlink.net. In addition to your request we need your shipping address, credit card billing address, if different, credit card information as well as how we can contact you. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. We do not accept personal checks for online purchases. Credit cards will not be charged until your order is ready for shipment. You will be contacted via email or telephone regarding any processing issues that may arise. Orders shipped inside California will be charged the mandatory 8.25% sales tax. We ship via UPS ground Monday through Friday. Upon request, next day air is available as well. Shipping amounts are that of UPS based on weight and distance. Please note that UPS will not deliver to Post Office Boxes. It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. Our store return policy is credit to the same credit card when received back in the store within ten (10) days from the date on the receipt. SHOES MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL BOX AND SHOW NO SIGNS OF WEAR. Original and return shipping fees are not refundable. After ten (10) days and up to thirty (30) days, a store credit is issued. Sale items may be returned within ten (10) days for store credit only. Extreme sale items and special orders are not returnable. Size/color exchanges are subject to availability. |
